POLISH ANIMATED FILMS AT INTERNATIONAL FESTIVALS IN JULY
The summer holidays will see our animated shorts travel less than usual. This doesn't mean that they're nowhere to be seen. On the contrary, they're closer than you imagine. Check out the places where you can watch our films in July.
In the first half of July, Polish animated films will be screened in… Poland. The program of Poznań's ANIMATOR includes, among others, A Brief History of Us by Etgar Keret, Impossible Figures and Other Stories I by Marta Pajek, 3geNARRATIONS by Paulina Ziółkowska, Sister by Katarzyna K. Pieróg, Fortress by Sławek Zalewski, We Are Not There Tomorrow by Olga Kłyszewicz, Slow Light by the Kijek/Adamski duo, Distance by Karolina Orłowska, The Bridge by Izumi Yoshida, or Crab by Piotr Chmielewski.
The Inaugural Isiphethu International Student Film Festival will take place in South Africa in the second half of July. The program includes Andrea Guizar's animated film Toothless. Earlier, at the Tabor Film Festival - International Short Film Festival, viewers will get to see Crumbs of Life by Katarzyna Miechowicz.
