POLISH ANIMATED FILMS AT ETIUDA&ANIMA

The 23rd edition of the festival Etiuda&Anima is inaugurated this Tuesday, November 22.

The International Film Festival Etiuda&Anima is the oldest film festival in Poland, confronting the achievements of film and art school students from around the world and the creative output of artistic animated film-makers - both professionals, students and independent film-makers.

This year, the organisers of the competition ANIMA received 1126 submissions, out of which the qualification committee selected 68 titles from 30 countries of the world. 8 Polish animated films will compete for the award.

The jury of the competition Anima consists of: Georges Schwizgebel, Andreas Hykade, Andrzej Klimowski, Nancy Denney-Phelps and Anita Killi, who decide who will get the awards this year: the Golden Jabberwocky (15000 PLN), the Silver Jabberwocky, the Bronze Jabberwocky and the Special Golden Jabberwocky.

The festival lasts until November 27.
