In addition, it is worth to mention the film made in British co-production by Polish animator Natalia Dziedzic called "Endemic's Greed” that has also taken part in the very same competition. Finally, the best film award in the international competition went to "Baths" by Tomek Ducki (produced by Studio Miniatur Filmowych, Peek and Boo). So far, the film was awarded, among others, at the festivals Fantoche, Cinanima, Animafest and Animatriks.
The festival Animasivo, which is held since 2008, is one of the few Latin-American festivals which promote experimental animation. Every year, the festival's organisers choose films which expand the boundaries of the genre and look for new forms of narrative.
