Polish films in Portugal

18.05.2010 The 18th edition of the Portuguese festival takes place in the first half of July in Vila do Conde. Every year, the organizers offer a full range of short films from different corners of the world, representing diverse genres and forms.

This year’s festival programme is extended to include a cycle of Polish films POLISH SHORTS Programme, within the section European Panorama. The filmgoers will have the opportunity to see the following short films: 


 “Mother” dir. Jakub Piątek (documentary film, 2009, 18’) 

”Six Weeks”, dir. Marcin Janos Krawczyk (documentary film, 2009, 18′)

“Luxury”, dir. Jarek Sztandera (feature film, 2008, 39’)

“The Echo”, dir. Magnus von Horn (feature film, 2009, 15′)

“B-​​1033”, dir. Paweł Kryszak (animated film, 2009, 5′)
