POLISH TITLE: KANAŁ
The canal in the title has nothing to do with Warsaw uprising as it refers to another meaning of the word,
i.e., root canal. This animated study made by a student of Łódź Film School under the supervision of Marek
Skorobecki and Mariusz Wilczyński is a playful fantasy that starts with a patient’s routine visit to the dentist’s.

Graphic designer, illustrator and storyboard artist. She was born in Sieradz. She graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Zduńska Wola, in 2005‑2011 she studied Animation and Special Effects at the Film School in Łódź. A holder of the Prime Minister’s scholarship, she has made three animated film studies and a diploma film, "We Will Leave This Place Together". She has participated in numerous competitions and exhibitions, including two individual exhibitions.
