POLISH ANIMATIONS AT MONSTRA FILM FESTIVAL!
Monstra - International Animated Film Festival takes place in Lisbon from March 8th to 18th. Eight Polish animations were included in the festival programme.
This will be the 17th edition of Monstra Festival. Four Polish animations were invited to the competition. In the student competition we will see: "Leaven" by Artur Hanaj and "Traces of Ephemeral" by Agnieszka Waszczeniuk. And in the short films competition: "The Escape" by Jarosław Konopka and "Bernard" by Anna Oparkowska.
During the Special Anniversaries screening escaping to freedom the audience will see Jan Lenica's aniamtion "Adam 2".
The festival will also host workshops lead by Izabela Plucińska - this year's jury member - and a screening of her animations: "Darling", "Afternoon" and "Seven More Minutes".
